I’m Bryar and I live in the beautiful Tauranga, New Zealand.

Powered by Impact started many years ago as a lightbulb moment at University, it began as a podcast, Powered by Impact and has now grown into a social impact & community studio supporting business growth by raising the profile of their impact.

I am the Community Manager at The Icehouse, New Zealand’s leading provider of programmes, coaching and community for Kiwi small & medium-size businesses. Through this role I have brought thousands of business owners together in-person and online, heard their stories, challenges, opportunities, and the impact they have on local communities and beyond. They are the powerhouse for the economy, and community.

I am passionate about singing for the unsung heroes, sharing impact and seeing business goals met.
